Can't find the tool you need on Moov's Marketplace? No problem! High-demand tools often sell quickly, so requesting a tool is a common and easy process on Moov's buyer portal.
Steps to Request a Tool
- Log in and Navigate to Requests:
- Log in to the marketplace.
- Click the "Requests" icon on the left-hand sidebar

- View Previous Requests (if applicable):
- If you have existing requests, you'll see them here.
- You can assign priority levels to each request.
- Start a New Request:
- Click the "Add Request" button in the top right corner.
- Fill Out the Request Form:
- Tool Details:
- Make and model
- Your desired price
- Date needed by
- Destination address (or city/state/country)
- Minimum configuration
- Additional Details: (Click "Next")
- Condition
- Wafer size
- Request priority
- Any additional services needed
- Submit Your Request:
- Click "Submit."
- Your request will appear on your tool request page.
- Await Contact:
- When a matching tool is found, your account manager will contact you to start the transaction.
